앱 권한요청중 에러

ios 셋팅중에 다음 명령어를 입력하면 
$ sudo gem install cocoapods

삭제했다 재설치도 하고 
homebrew 를 사용하여 설치한다음 현재 버전도 확인됐는데 

이런 에러가 뜹니다.
