npm run serve 에러

안녕하세요 저는 군대에서 코딩을 하느라 VS코드가 아닌 replit 사이트에서 코딩을 진행하고 있습니다.
replit에서 vue는 정상적으로 설치하였으나 npm run serve를 치면 Missing script : "serve"라고 나옵니다.
vue를 깔며 딸려온 package.json의 내용은
