vue 설치 아무리 해도 안되네요. ㅜㅜ

강의에서와 같이 최신 버젼, 과거버전 다 설치해도 에러가납니다.

yarn 설치 또한 에러가 나구요. 어떻게 처리해야될까요 센세 ㅜ
