서버실행했는데 index.html이 안뜹니다.

카페24에서 서버호스팅 구매해서

node.js 설치 후 강좌대로 서버 실행했는데  첫 페이지에 아래 내용이 뜹니다.

index.html 내용이 안 뜨고 이런 문구가 뜨는데 왜 그런걸까요?

ftp에 올릴때 home/app 폴더안에 index.html 파일과 server.js 파일 같이 업로드했습니다.

nginx 실행해보니까 :80 포트를 이미 사용중이라고 하네요.

일단 포트번호 다른걸로 바꾸니까 실행은 되는데 왜 이런걸까요?

80번 포트로 요청이 들어오면 nodejs에서 쓰는 다른 포트로 돌리는 설정작업같은게 필요할걸요
