package.json파일에 next를 14.0.0으로 바꾸고 터미널에서 npm install 누릅시다

리액트 부분도 둘다 18.2.0로 바꾸고 npm install 누르면 된다는데
그냥 깔끔하게 설치강의에 나오는 명령어 따라서 14버전으로 새로 프로젝트 만들어서 씁시다
